Shipping & Delivery Info
Each of our products is made to order just for you! This "on-demand" process helps us reduce waste and ensure high-quality results, but it does mean things take a little longer than a standard off-the-shelf item.
1. Processing & Production
Before your order ships it has to be printed and quality-checked.
• Peak Seasons: During holidays (November/December), production times may be extended.
2. Shipping
You will be notified once production has completed and your item has been shipped.
If you have any concerns regarding your shipping please contact us.
Note: Total wait time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your print is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.
We take great care in packaging your prints (using reinforced tubes or flat mailers), but accidents happen.
• Damaged Prints: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the print and contact us via instagram or email within 7 days. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
• Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated in 14 business days, reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address! Because our system is automated with our printing partners, once your order has been processed we may not be able to update it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
